Quali dati raccogliamo
Solo l'indirizzo email che inserisci nel modulo, la lingua del sito al momento dell'iscrizione e la data e ora dell'iscrizione. Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica. Il browser salva solo la lingua che scegli, sul tuo dispositivo.
Perché e su quale base
Per avvisarti via email quando Outfit Check apre e per mandarti rari aggiornamenti sul lancio. La base giuridica è il tuo consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), che puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento senza conseguenze.
Per quanto tempo
Finché non ti cancelli, e comunque non oltre 12 mesi dal lancio del servizio. Poi l'indirizzo viene cancellato.
Chi altro li vede
Il sito e il modulo sono ospitati da Netlify, Inc. (USA), che tratta i dati per nostro conto come responsabile del trattamento. Il trasferimento verso gli Stati Uniti avviene con le garanzie previste dal GDPR, come le clausole contrattuali standard. I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti ad altri.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento o riceverne una copia, e revocare il consenso, scrivendo a privacy@outfitcheck.it. Hai anche diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

We answer every privacy request within 30 days.
What we collect
Only the email address you enter in the form, the site language when you signed up, and the date and time you signed up. The site uses no tracking cookies or analytics. Your browser stores only the language you pick, on your device.
Why, and on what basis
To email you when Outfit Check opens and to send occasional launch updates. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with no consequences.
How long
Until you unsubscribe, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the service launches. Then the address is deleted.
Who else sees it
The site and form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which processes the data on our behalf as a data processor. Transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides for, such as standard contractual clauses. Your data is never sold or passed on to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, restrict its use, or withdraw consent by writing to privacy@outfitcheck.it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
